New Year, New Running Goal With new shoes comes a greater commitment

New Adidas Ultra Boost 19

My family gave me new running shoes for Christmas.  I had the Adidas Ultra Boost 17 and I loved them. I am a casual runner and I run pretty much when I have the will and the time. I do not overstress if I run, but I like to do it as much as I can.  My oldest son (12) is into running now so we run together at least twice per week. We run from 3 to 5 miles and yes, he is faster than me but is ok, I am proud of him and his newfound love for running.

I broke the shoes today!. I did a quick 3 mile run in the treadmill.  Here is the workout, in case you want to follow up. It was good, quick and easy and completed the goal of 3 miles.

5 minutes walk between 3 and 3.5 speed.

Feel Good and Energized 

This was easy, fun and completed a 3-mile run.  You can do it on treadmill or outside with your running watch.
